Happy Friday y’all! We made it through another week and I just made it through my first 24 hour (well 22.5 hour…) fast on FASTer Way to Fat Loss! In case you missed it, I shared my experience thus far with the bootcamp program that combines intermittent fasting and carb cycling among a few other things. Don’t worry, we only fast for 24 hours once during the seven week program! Anywho, what I get asked the most when I’ve talked about FWTFL is what I eat on low carb days. I promised I’d share my low carb grocery list, so here you go! I’ve broken it down into things I eat for lunches and dinners, snacks and an etc. category with things like dressings and cooking fats. I primarily shop at Trader Joe’s and Kroger, so I broke the list down between the two, but I certainly would buy some of these things from either! I tried to list items under the store I would most frequently purchase from, but obviously you can buy carrots wherever you want, ha 😉

I’ve honestly been surprised with how easy the low carb days have been. I’ve been able to find lots of variety of foods to satisfy my cravings. The only thing I’ve really missed is sweets, but I did find this no sugar added chocolate bar that only has 9 net carbs for half a bar. I’m thinking I may share a few low carb meal and snack ideas in another post. If you have any specific requests, let me know!
