Happy new year friends! I’ll be honest, I’m struggling to get motivated to plan for 2022, set goals, evaluate this past year etc. Coming off such a crazy holiday season, I just need some time to rest and reflect. So I’m starting slow, and just taking a look back at my most popular posts of 2021. I rounded up the top five below! Thanks again for all your support this last year. If there’s anything you’d like to see on Lex Eats this year, please comment below!
Mini Philly Cheesesteak Sliders
I’m kind of surprised by this one! I love this recipe, but had no idea it was the most popular of the year! These sliders would be great for basketball watch parties, super bowl, or just to mix up family dinner.
Muffuletta Sliders
Apparently it was the year of the slider! This recipe is a riff on the traditional New Orleans muffaletta.. perfect for mardi gras coming up.
Copy Cat Chuy’s Creamy Jalapeno Ranch Dip
I love a good copy cat recipe. This dip is a healthy-ish spin on Chuy’s addictive dip.
Valentine’s Day Guide
While this was a timely post, if you are craving a sweet treat in Lexington, it’s got lots of inspiration!
Baked Pimento Cheese
One of my newest recipes, I’m so glad this baked pimento cheese made the list! A creamy, baked version of a southern staple.
