Y’all know I love s’mores. This s’mores bars recipe is one of my favorites! It can be a little more intensive though, so I wanted to come up with an easy s’mores cookie recipe that would be quick to throw together when entertaining! These cookies are made using store bought dough. You bake them for a few minutes less than called for and pop on some marshmallows, then bake a bit longer until the marshmallows get nice and toasty. I used Tollhouse cookie dough and Hershey’s chocolate, but you could use any cookie dough and chocolate. I want to try them with dark chocolate next! Just take the cookies out 3-4 minutes before the required cooking time to add the marshmallows.
