Where are my breakfast lovers?! Y’all know how much I love breakfast, so I can’t believe it took me this long to try Wendy’s® breakfast. My husband Dave has always told me it’s his favorite fast food breakfast, so I jumped on the chance to team up with Wendy’s to share their delicious breakfast offerings and new Frosty® Cream Cold Brew!
I tagged along with Dave to check on some of his construction job sites and we stopped by Wendy’s for an on-the-go breakfast. Easy to eat in the car! We sampled several of the breakfast sandwiches. Dave has talked about Wendy’s Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit for years, and it lived up to the hype! A crispy chicken filet topped with maple honey butter on a fluffy buttermilk biscuit. Sweet and savory and so good. We also tried the Breakfast Baconator® with grilled sausage, American cheese, applewood smoked bacon, a fresh-cracked grade egg, more cheese and more bacon all covered in Swiss cheese sauce. Talk about a breakfast sandwich! Some other favorites were the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese English Muffin – I love that Wendy’s breakfast sandwiches are made with fresh-cracked grade A eggs.. you can tell! We also loved the Sausage Egg and Swiss Croissant. The swiss sauce is so good! You can get the breakfast sandwiches in a combo that includes seasoned potatoes and a small beverage. Oh, and let’s not forget the French Toast Sticks for my favorite thing, breakfast dessert!
If you’re a coffee fan and love Wendy’s Frosties, you have to try the Frosty Cream Cold Brew! It’s available in vanilla, caramel and chocolate. The perfect addition to one of their breakfast sandwiches, but the coffee drinks are available all day so you can get your fix any time!
Wendy’s breakfast is easy to grab on-the-go. You can order through the Wendy’s app so that it’s ready when you pull on the lot. Breakfast is served from 6:30-10:30am. Check out the video below to see our in person review!
