Easter Snack Mix by lexeats.com

Easter Snack Mix

Y’all know I love a snack mix. I’ve seen some cute ones on Instagram for Easter and wanted to make my own! I don’t love an overly sweet mix, so I didn’t cover this in white chocolate or anything like that. I just like a good mix of salty and sweet snacks! You can totally customize this to what you prefer and have on hand. You could add in pretzels, cheese crackers or other cereal. I personally hate Peeps (don’t hate me!) but they do make mini Peeps that would be cute if you’re a fan.

Easter Snack Mix, fun recipe by lexeats.com

Easter Snack Mix, makes around 18 cups

Ingredients

  • 4.4oz bag popcorn (I used Skinny Pop Butter)
  • 6 cups Strawberry Banana Cheerios (could also use regular or frosted Cheerios)
  • 2 7.5oz boxes Annie’s Honey Bunny Grahams
  • 9oz yogurt covered pretzels
  • 9oz frosted animal cracker cookies (I used Mother’s brand)
  • 8oz honey roasted peanuts
  • 2 10oz bags Easter M&Ms (I used one bag milk chocolate, one bag peanut)

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients to a large bowl and stir to combine. You may need to break it into two bowls if you don’t have one large enough.
  2. Store in an airtight container.
