So I saw an Instagram video of someone baking camembert cheese and I had to try for myself. Camembert is a soft cheese similar to brie. You can actually bake it in the little wooden box it comes in, which results in a cheesy melty goodness that is just begging for some bread to dip into. If you don’t want to bake it in the box, you could also use a small casserole dish or brie baker dish.
The fun thing about this recipe is you can customize it based on whatever you have on hand. I used olive oil, rosemary and garlic, but you could also use honey and fresh herbs, any type of jam or preserves. Bacon jam would be delish! I think this would be a great appetizer to make at home on Valentine’s Day.
