Updated Skincare Routine

So nobody asked for this 😉 But I shared my skincare routine a while back and have updated a few things since, so thought I’d share! I’m certainly no beauty blogger, but I follow a lot of them and am just a real person who wants good skin without spending an ish ton of money.

I’ve been using Tula for a little over two years. Before I had been using mostly drugstore brands and after hearing so much about Tula I decided to give it a shot and have been obsessed since. I can see a noticeable difference in the tone and brightness of my skin, as well as fewer breakouts. I love the products so much I became an affiliate after using them for a year, so you can get 15% off your Tula purchase with the code LEXEATS. The majority of my routine is from Tula with a few other brands sprinkled in there.

AM Routine

  1. Wash my face with Tula Cult Classic Cleanser. TBH I don’t wash my face every morning, if I don’t workout, sometimes I just splash some water on my face or use a Billie cleansing wipe.
  2. Apply witch hazel toner with a cotton ball (I actually use these resusable pads to reduce waste).
  3. Apply Tula Triple Vitamin C Serum.
  4. Apply Tula 24-7 Hydrating Day + Night Cream. This is richer than what I typically moisturize with, but I love for winter dryness.
  5. My spf in the winter is from The Ordinary Serum Foundation. This is only $6.70 and great light-medium coverage!

PM Routine

  1. Remove makeup with Tula Replenishing Cleansing Oil or if I’m feeling lazy Billie cleansing wipe. This is the best makeup wipe I’ve ever used and it has vitamin c!
  2. Wash my face with Tula Cult Classic Cleanser.
  3. Apply witch hazel toner with a cotton ball (I actually use these resusable pads to reduce waste).
  4. Apply Acne Clearing + Tone Correcting Gel OR The Ordinary Lactic Acid 10% (I switch these every other day).
  5. Apply Tula 24-7 Hydrating Day + Night Cream.
  6. Apply Olay Eyes Retinol 24 Eye Cream.

When I’m Feeling Fancy

I also love a good at home mask. I use this The Ordinary Salicylic mask when I’m getting breakouts. I can actually feel the product working, drying out my skin, but not in a bad way. I also love a Dr G Aqua Collagen Mask before events or when my skin feels really dehydrated because I feel like I can actually see it plump up my skin and feel the moisturizing. And they’re $23.79 for a 10 pack! If my under eyes need a boost I use these Gold & Snail Hydrogel Eye Patches, $11.90 for a 60 pack. I use this Tula Deep Exfoliating Blackhead Scrub every 3-4 days. I also love this Himalayan Charcoal Purifying Glow Mask from The Body Shop and Tula Nourishing & Brightening Hydrogel Mask. But my very favorite at home treatment is Tula The Instant Facial Duel-Phase Skin Reviving Treatment. I use one of these face razors first, to get an at-home dermaplaning experience, and then use the instant facial pads for an at home facial! It leaves you very glowy!

So I’ll get back to the food now, I promise 😉 But if you have any questions feel free to drop em below!

Biscuits & blessings,

Leels
