Boursin Spinach Dip

Growing up, my Grammy always had Boursin spread out as an appetizer when we came over to her house. If you’ve never tried Boursin, it’s a Gournay cheese that is soft and creamy with a flavor and texture somewhat similar to cream cheese. It comes in a few flavors, but we always get the garlic and herb. It’s delicious on it’s own, but I had a lightbulb idea a few weeks back and thought.. what if I put it in spinach dip! The result is an extra flavorful spinach dip.
