I got one of these handheld frothers several months ago and it’s been a game changer. I use it to mix my electrolyte drink powders and powdered fiber supplement every day. My mom takes the same fiber so I got her one for Mother’s Day and she’s already obsessed!

Valerian Root by Mary Ruth’s $19.95
I’ve cut out melatonin because of something I read about it affecting fertility (tbh I don’t know how much truth there is in that but I decided to forgo it for a while just incase). And I was struggling without it… valerian root is supposed to help with sleep so I’m trying these drops from Mary Ruth’s. I’m still missing my melatonin, but it does help!

Dave and I love this powdered peanut butter! You mix it with water to make peanut butter, but we usually add it to greek yogurt or smoothies! It’s less calories and fat than traditional peanut butter and a good boost of protein. Way cheaper on Amazon than the grocery store.
