I love a good bagel! I could eat one just about every morning. I know y’all love bagels too, so I decided I needed to share all the bagels of Lexington with you. I’ve rounded up the best bagels in Lexington, check out the guide below.
Great Bagel

My go to for bagels in Lexington is Great Bagel! They are a failsafe, so delicious and lots of variety. There are around 15 flavors of bagels and 10+ spreads with rotating specials. You can buy a plain bagel, bagel with cream cheese or bagel sandwich. They have a menu of bagel sandwiches to choose from (including lunch) or you can build your own. I love the Healthy Sprout and NYC. Great Bagel also does gluten free bagels on the weekend! You also must try their fresh-squeezed orange juice.

La Petite Delicat

La Petite Delicat is one of my favorite bakeries, they make such amazing pastries and macarons! They also make Turkish bagels. They are softer inside, almost puffier, but still with a crisp crust. They are also huge! You can buy the bagels and a side of cream cheese, but they do not make bagel sandwiches. I love the blueberry, the blueberries are fresh and still juicy. Also just a side note, they don’t have bagels everyday.

Pearl’s Pizza
133 N Limestone, Lexington, KY 40507
Yes, this is a pizza place, but they make amazing bagels too! Pearl’s does bagels Thursday through Sunday and they are a must try. Pearl’s bagels are wood-fired in their pizza oven. They have good chew and I think the wood firing gives the bagels more of a “crust” if that makes sense. Their bagels are a bit smaller in size. You can order a plain bagel, a bagel with a wide variety of spreads (I love the honey cream cheese), and bagel sandwiches. I recommend trying a sandwich. The bacon egg and cheese is so good, and they also have a brisket (from County Club) sandwich that’s insane. Pearl’s also does a rotating bagel of the month special.

Southland Bagel
428 Southland Dr, Lexington, KY 40503
A newer introduction to the Lexington Bagel Scene, Southland Bagel makes traditional New York style bagels with creative flavors and spreads. They have special flavors like Za’atar or spinach and feta bagels. They also offer pimento cheese and chicken salad in addition to a bunch of flavored cream cheeses. Southland has a full menu of bagel sandwiches (including lunch) or you can build your own.
