There is nothing I love more than a charcuterie board. I have so much fun picking out meats and cheeses and arranging them all pretty on a board. The new big thing on Pinterest is snack boards! You still get the delicious charcuterie plus lots of other salty and sweet snacks. Also all over Pinterest and Instagram are all the Trader Joe’s fall finds. I mostly just wanted an excuse to buy a bunch of fun stuff from Trader Joe’s, so I decided to make a snack board out of all their delicious pumpkin and fall-flavored things!
Start with a large wooden board and place two bowls around one cup size on opposite ends of the board. Fill one with Candy Corn Popcorn.
Place Spiced Pumpkin Madelines fanning out from one of the bowls.
Arrange Pumpkin Spice Granola Bark around the other side of the bowl.
Place cheese in between the two bowls. I used Trader Joe’s Autumn Cheese and Apricot Cherry Cranberry Goat’s Cheese. Place a bunch of grapes in between the two cheese. Add a small ramekin of Fig Jam next to one of the cheeses and then arrange some apple slices around the cheese.
Fill the other bowl with Trader Joe’s Harvest Salsa and then fill in the gaps in the board with chips and crackers. I used Trader Joe’s Pumpkin Tortilla Chips, but they also have chips shaped like fall leaves! I also used their Pumpkin Cranberry Crackers.
This was honestly so much fun to put together! I made it for a brunch before Keeneland, but would also be great to serve before Trick or Treating! Or even Thanksgiving. I will probably be putting another one together for my annual Friendsgiving 🙂 What are your favorite Trader Joe’s Fall finds? Let me know in the comments below and happy snacking!
