Kentucky Hot Brown Dip

It’s Derby Week! In September… odd I know, but my thoughts are that we don’t have much to celebrate these days, so we should take every opportunity we have! We’re having a few friends over for a Derby party in our backyard and I’m planning on making this Kentucky Hot Brown Dip. It’s a great way to get all the flavors you love about a Kentucky Hot Brown in a shareable dip filled with bacon, cheese and roma tomatoes. A hot brown typically has turkey, but I decided bacon was enough for this dip. If you want to add some, I’d suggest getting thick sliced turkey from the deli counter and dicing it up.
