Sister Schubert’s Cheeseburger Sliders

I posted a recipe for Sister Schubert’s Cheeseburger Sliders on Instagram and y’all went nuts for them, so figured I should give it a permanent home on the blog! These mini sliders are a fun appetizer/snack your whole family will love. They’re also perfect for a party! You cook the ground beef mixture and then layer between the two layers of rolls and sprinkle with some cheese. I served mine on a platter with lettuce, pickles, ketchup and mustard so that people can dress them how they please.

Who’s ready for a slider! I made these for friends recently and they went real fast, so I suggest doubling the recipe 😉 If you’re looking for more snacky food, make sure to check out the appetizers tab on my website.

Biscuits & blessings,
