Five Most Popular Posts of 2018

To be completely honest, I have not set goals or intentions for 2019 yet. It’s not that I’m not excited or inspired for the year, but I’m just not ready for it. I’m super busy, a tad overwhelmed and just don’t quite have the mental capacity right now. I did post a 2018 Year in Review and evaluated last year. As I make plans for the blog for 2019, I’m trying to keep in mind the things you all love the most. I took a look at my five most popular posts from 2019, and was surprised to see so many recipes! Some of these are recipes that have been on my blog since the first year, which is kind of funny, but also makes me feel really good about my SEO/Pinterest game – where a lot of that traffic comes from. Check out my five most read posts of 2018 below!

Copy Cat Kroger Deli Derby City Chicken Salad

Hands down the most popular recipe on my site. I swap mayo for greek yogurt for a healthy twist on my favorite chicken salad from Kroger. I actually rarely buy Kroger’s chicken salad now, because I honestly like my version better!

Falafel Buddah Bowls

Falafel Buddah Bowls, an easy weeknight recipe on lexeats.com

Who knew y’all liked falafel so much?! I was excited about this one because I think it shows how my photography has gotten better this year. And it’s reminding me I should make these healthy veggie-packed bowls for dinner.

Kentucky Beer Cheese

Another solid recipe. This classic beer cheese recipe came from my grandmother who swears it is the original Hall’s recipe.. so you know it’s good!

Faster Way to Fat Loss

I wrote this post when I first started Faster Way to Fat Loss. I now do T.R.I.M. Bootcamp, which has similar principles of Faster Way but with a slightly different schedule (that I actually enjoy more!) and more nutritional info/recipes. You can read my follow up post about my full experience with the program here. I’m actually in another round of T.R.I.M. now, if you’re interested in starting a round you can sign up here and use the code EATS10 for $10 off!

Summer Tablescape

I was kinda surprised this one did so well because it’s so different than what I normally write about. I guess I will have to work on more lifestyle/decor content this year.

Hope y’all enjoyed this little walk through the year as much as I did! If you have any specific content requests for 2019, please let me know in the comments below.
